The card management features are available right from within our AcadiaGO mobile banking app (bottom navigation) or Digital Banking (top navigation, under Accounts). Just enroll your cards and gain full control!

How to Get Started

Acadia Card Controls are already built into Acadia’s Digital Banking and AcadiaGO mobile app. Follow these steps:

• Tap “Card Controls” in the bottom navigation menu of AcadiaGO, or
• Tap “Accounts” and then “Card Controls” within Digital Banking
• Tap “Add Card”
• Follow the steps to add your card. Add all your Acadia cards!

Once you have added a card (or cards) to Card Controls, you’ll have full access anytime!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes – if you enroll for texted fraud alerts, you will receive a text from our offsite fraud center to approve or deny a suspicious charge. Sometimes, these transactions are actually legitimate and your debit card gets blocked when it doesn’t really need to be. Learn more about this service here.
