Additional Loan Payment Options

If you’re an Acadia FCU member with an active checking or savings account, you can simply log into your Digital Banking portal or AcadiaGO mobile app and transfer funds to your loan. You’re also welcome to visit any of our branches to make a payment in-person. If you prefer other payment methods, we have several options to suit your needs.

Mail a Check
Make a check payable to Acadia FCU. Write your account number in the ‘memo’ section of the check and please indicate that it is a loan payment. Mail check to: Acadia FCU | 9 East Main St. | Fort Kent, ME  04743

Automatic Transfer
Payments can be made automatically from your Acadia FCU account on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. You can contact us to set this up or set up your own recurring transfer by clicking the ‘Transfers’ widget in your Acadia Digital Banking portal.

ACH Connect
Your payment can also be automatically taken out of your account from another financial institution.

Debit Card Payment
Acadia will accept your loan payment via Express Pay, using a debit card or ACH using another financial institution. We are unable to accept credit cards as a payment type, due to regulations put forth by legislation. To pay online, use our Web Payment Center,  hosted and managed by Bacon Pay/SWBC. Click “Register” if you don’t have a payment account set up.

Keep in mind that you will be assessed a fee when you perform this self-guided transaction, which is $5 at the time of this posting (subject to change at any time). The maximum payment that can be made this way is $1,000. You will need to know your account number to register your Acadia FCU account for this service.

Note: If you are unable to perform this self-guided service through the Web Payment Center and need an Acadia FCU Member Service Representative to assist you, the fee is $10 at the time of this posting (subject to change at any time).

Shared Branching
You can visit the nearest shared branching credit union. Please visit this page or call us to find a participating credit union near you. To make the payment, please bring a valid government-issued ID and have your Acadia FCU account number handy.
