Clicking either “forgot username” or “forgot password” will offer guided steps and two-factor authentication to allow for a member-controlled unlock, even after you’ve failed all five attempts to log in.

Please keep in mind that the information needed to authenticate your account needs to match exactly what Acadia FCU has on file for you. For example, using a different email address, zip code VS zip code +4, or a typo on file with your email address could cause your account authentication to fail.
