What fees are associated with the Acadia prepaid travel card?

There is a monthly fee of $4.95 which is waived for the first three months after the card is purchased. Anytime new money is loaded onto the card, the $4.95 fee is waived for that month, and no fee is applied if there is no remaining balance on the travel card. There are no fees for purchases, in-network ATM withdrawals, and cash reloads. There is a $1.99 out-of-network ATM withdrawal fee and $1.99 Over-the-Counter cash withdrawal fee.
