  • Does Acadia offer live support online?

    Yes we do!  Please click on the Live Support bubble at the bottom right corner of your screen during business hours.  One of our friendly Support Specialists are ready to assist you through video, audio, phone, or text chat.

  • Can I access my custom savings online & through mobile banking?

    Yes, you can see just how much you have in each of your savings accounts by accessing Acadia’s online and/or mobile banking.  If you have not set your account up for mobile banking you can begin the process by visiting here or join Acadia’s online banking by visiting here.

  • Where can I find Acadia’s disclosures or new account forms and applications?

    You can find all of Acadia’s important disclosures and various account applications right here.

  • How do I sign up for Online Banking?

    Please contact one of our friendly Member Service Representatives during regular business hours by stopping by one of our branches or by calling (855) MY-ACADIA or (855)-692-2234.

  • ​Why was online access to my account locked?

    In order to protect your personal account information from unauthorized users, we only allow a certain number of failed attempts when entering your User ID, Password, and/or security questions. If you exceed this number of attempts, your account access will be locked. If you have been locked out of your online banking, contact one of our friendly Member Service Representatives at (855) MY-ACADIA, or (855)-692-2234.
